In accordance with French law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order. You therefore have the possibility to return the products received without having to justify a reason. However, please note that a return fee of €7.90 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the processing and logistics costs associated with returning the product.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and packaging intact. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
We remind you that the return period is 14 days. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
Before making a return, please contact us by email at the following address: contactneufmoisbelle@gmail.com . We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
The returned product must be unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES
Returns due to size error may be exchanged, subject to product availability. Please contact us with your order number and desired size to arrange exchange.
INSPECTION AND REFUND
As part of a refund request, an inspection of the returned item may be required. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of the return and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If the refund is approved, it will be made via the original payment method. This process may take up to 30 days after the returned item is received, depending on banking service delays.
RETURNS OF PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
For items purchased on sale, the refund will be made on the price paid during the sale period.
GIFT RETURNS
If the item was sent directly as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. If you purchased an item as a gift, the refund will be made to the gift giver.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returning products are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracking or insured shipping service to ensure receipt of the returned product.
EXCHANGE TIME
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.
